No transfer to non-European countries or to international organizations is contemplated, outside of the safeguards identified in the European Commission's recent Adequacy Decision of July 10, 2023.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, it is the right of data subjects to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if they believe that the processing of their data violates the Regulation.
